Well there is much speculation as to what exactly is happening with the old golf course. Rumors abound including:
- they are just cleaning it up due to excessive complaints
- the flattened areas will be turned into a 'parking lot'
- they are putting in a road
- they are preparing the land for a development
If the first rumor is true, I for one am quite disgusted with how 'clean' it has turned out. What a mess!! I don't know who has been complaining about the space, but I thought it was a nice area to walk through (broken trees, long grass et al).
Hopefully the grass will regrow and replace the giant mud pit that it is now!!
