I truley think our landscaping contractors are doing a terrific job. It's just a shame, however, what has happened to the old golf course area.

Too bad the original residents of Greenside didn't purchase that when they had the chance!

I would like to ask how many of you that read this find the new landscaping company is not doing the "Bang Up Job" that the our other fellows did.......and where or who do we complain to as i have been told if i don't like the end result then don't complain or sell and move..and the further remarks of stepping up and doing something about it .... Well short of doing my own lawn care and yard maintenance myself ( and still pay the same fee's ) not right at all...........
Nice landscaping was last year and has gone down hill since .....

Put yourself on the agenda and a Council meeting to discuss your concerns. The reality is the previous landscaping company put thier price up $40,000.00/year. The Council went to the market for quotes and the present company won based on price.

I will admit that complaining does not get one very far, however getting involved with a committee that might advise the Council and the Strata Cororation on matters such as landscaping would have tremendous and positive results, I know you would be plesantly surprised.

The running of Greenside is a large task, done by 7 volunteer Council Members and 3 paid staff, we don't have time to linger on decisions, expediance usually wins the day. This does not always result in the best decision being made.
